03/05/2025 STOP THE CLOCK IT HAS BEEN A MONTH?????????
Hello internet people!! Good to see you guys again! I just now realized I haven't made a blogpost during april, like, everything went by so fast and I never took the time to write something down on the blog.
That is partly due to focusing on my friends birthday's gifts (See 2025 art gallery) and then just focusing on other parts of the site, like my writing page!
Writings of the Killer:
I don't remember when I've updated the writing page, but you probably have already noticed that I've put a review of Anthology of the Killer (I don't like to say "review", but I think it's the word that makes the most sense). It's still a wip, which means it could some time to see my full opinions on the game, but I promise I'm writing it every now and then! I'm a little worried it might sound sorta confusing tho??? I dunno, I just feel I can't express my opinions in a coherent manner sometimes.
Also you probably might remember I said I would write a Puyo Puyo Fever review, but, uhh, I sorta just felt writing about AotK at the moment LoL! I'll still make a review about the Puyo Puyo games, I just hope I'll be able to explain the gameplay of a puzzle game without making it extensive (and maybe nonsensical) like when I talked about Octomania that one time LoL!!
3DS:
Apparently I forgot????? to just say this?????? Dispite I was pretty upset at time that happpened?????????????? (I'm still upset, to be honest, I'm just trying to NOT think about it). Actually, let me go back a little bit and explain the situation.
So remember when I said I watched the Dog Man movie? It has been, like, a month ago now (sheesh), but yeah it's related to that. A little while before my mom and I left the house, I opened my 3DS to play SMT IV, but I felt it loading was slower than I remember, so I decided to check how was the device's storage and if I could help with the loading types by deleting something else... and then my 3DS said it didn't had a SD card and therefore, it couldn't open the storage, but, uh, I was 100% sure the card was on the 3DS. Like, everything is here, my themes, the games, so why it says it doesn't?? So I decided to turn the console off, take the card out, put it back in and.................. it, uh, the 3DS didn't turn on. I didn't had time to look into it, since we were already leaving, but my mom said I could bring the 3DS along with me to check when possible before the movie started. Eventually, we discovered that my 3DS could turn on just fine, but just without the SD card (T ~ T). Ok, damn. After we came back home, I decided to search more about my situation and after some minutes, I learned my SD card was corrupted. How did it get corrupted? I DO NOT KNOW!!!!!!! It was literally working before I checked the storage, how did this even happpen??????????
I tried eveything possible to at least recover any of the files. Every method I could find and I simply couldn't make it work! Like huh??? Then I took some time to de-stress and I decided "maybe I'll just format everything".... I can't. Apparently you can't format a corrupted SD card. Cool so I kinda just have a tiny piece of nothing that I can't use or anything.
Yeah, so everything I had downloaded just disappeared, and that includes the save files of the games I legally bought on the eshop. Persona Q? Back to zero. Persona Q2? Go back to the biggining. Cave Story??? Hey, maybe you should just start all over again LoL. Yeah, it's frustrating. At least the data of my physical games are just fine, but still. I haven't bought a new SD card yet, but I will eventually.
I discovered something:
I've found something recently that I wanna talk a little about it. It's sorta personal, so I'm gonna leave some details vague on porpouse.
So I was taking a look on twiiter. I'm not a big fan of that place (due to obvious reasons), but I just use it see artists that are over there (I wish that the ones I quite enjoy had a personal site as well, but eh). So I was recommended an account in specific that had posted fanart of something I like and I realized it was the art of a friend of mine. I'm gonna call them "A" from now on. I looked at the account and yep, it's their art! I completely found A's art account by total accident!!! I would say "what a small world", but like how did this happen?? I suppose our tastes are really similar, so maybe it was inevitable the algorithm would deliver their account on a silver plate.
I wasn't aware that account even existed either, so that's why I was surprised. I remember asking A if they had an account on twitter before and they said something along the lines of "no, I do not have one" so that confuses me a little, although I probably just asked during a time they actually didn't had one.
Honestly, I kinda wish they've told me about this before, but it's alright. They're an amazing friend that I've had in quite some time and they've helped me a lot. Frankly, I'm glad that they are in my life!!
This is it for now. I don't think I have much new to say or show really. Well, aside from a little thing. For any brazilians and portuguese brazilian speakers that read my stuff, please check out this video that I've made almost a month ago if you haven't already!
It's raining a lot right now, which is surprising to be honest! I think I'll use the rest of the time that I have to play something... Well, see y'all next time. I'll do my best to not take that long again LoL!!
